Arti Nandal is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations, HR & Administration at M & D Law Associates LLP. She holds an LL.B. (2023), an MBA in Human Resource Management, and an MA in Public Administration from Maharishi Dayanand University. Having cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and enrolled as a member of the District Bar Association, Panchkula, she practised for two years as an Associate of Advocate Ravinder Singh Dhull at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, handling writ petitions, service matters, and civil & criminal litigation. She anchors the firm’s Gurugram operations, consultant lawyer network, HR & compliance functions, and client onboarding — bringing over 15 years of cross-functional experience spanning legal practice, operations management, and academic instruction.
