Advocate Ravinder Singh Dhull is the Founding Partner of M & D Law Associates LLP and the architect behind the Juris Altus legal platform and DraftSahayak — India’s first Domestic Legal Process Outsourcing service.
With over two decades of practice at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, he brings deep expertise across constitutional law, service law, public interest litigation, criminal defence, RTI, and land & revenue matters. His litigation record includes over 50 PILs — including the landmark 2017 Ram Rahim conviction PIL — and over 3,000 RTI applications filed.
He previously served as Additional Advocate General of Haryana and continues to serve as National Media Panelist and State Spokesperson for the Indian National Congress, and Legal Advisor to the Congress Legislative Party in Haryana.
Ravinder carries forward a three-generation legacy of public service rooted in Jind district, Haryana. His grandfather, Ch. Dal Singh, was an INA officer under Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Haryana’s first Irrigation and Power Minister. His father, Ch. Parminder Singh Dhull, served as a two-term MLA from Julana constituency.
Beyond law, Ravinder is a rationalist thinker and writer with a deep interest in philosophy and social commentary. An avid traveller, he has journeyed across the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Vatican City, and Pakistan — experiences that inform his global perspective on law, culture, and justice.
